Head Diagnostics

- Responsible for Diagnosis of IP/ OP/ walk-in/ Corporate

- Checking the technicians availability at X-ray, CTScan & Mri scan Modalites

- Confirming All the equipment's are in good condition

- Any Break downs of the equipment, coordinating with bio-medical department.

- Checking the inventory of the department.

- Preparing MIS report on daily basis & submitting to MS.

- Ensuring the PNDT report submission every month.

- Coordinating with wellness department for smooth functioning of investigations.

- Maintain interface with departmental personnel to ensure there is adequate space and facilities for patient care and coordination of facilities.

- Monitor operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are followed.

- Coordinate operations and personnel activities to meet Departmental, Hospital and Health System objectives related to the provision of services within designated areas.

- Oversee patient care flow while redirecting and allocating resources.

- Determine necessary space, equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure effective functioning of unit/department.

- Investigate patient/visitor concerns and implements corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention, including interpretation and administration of hospital policy and work rules.

- Intervene and resolve problems for inter-/intra-departmental issues by facilitating interdepartmental communication, negotiation and decision-making.
