Job Description:
- Understanding and maximizing revenue from the customer using the customer life cycle based approach.
- Creating varied benefit based products basis customers' behavior for stages varying from Acquisition to Inactivity.
- Products tracked in parallel to maximize efficiency across communication platforms, therefore maximizing product based revenue.
- Identify the revenue enhancement opportunities & design product, which will meet KPIs
- Constant tracking of customer usage behavior post adoption
- Segment wise customer behavior analysis
- Analyzing Competitors strength and weaknesses , thus devising plans & strategizing accordingly
- Managing Revenues and Health across Active/ Potential Inactive and Inactive Customers based on ‘Age on Network’ and ARPU Potential for Value Extraction- Conceptualizing and Implementing Products, Programs and designing segmented and targeted campaigns that delivered positive ROI.
