Head/DGM - Legal - FMCG

Role: Legal Head for a large fmcg company

Reporting To: Vice President

Responsibilities:

Registration of IPRs ( Trademark, Copyrights and Design) including Madrid/CTM/OAPI registrations

Undertaking Search in Trade Mark Registry

Filing and defending Opposition

Taking and defending Infringement / passing off actions

Conducting investigation and raid action

Knowledge of WTO procedures

Domain name registrations and protection

Property related matters and disputes and litigation handling.

Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliances,

Matters related to PF, ESI, etc

M&A related procedures etc.
