General Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages the Sales, Marketing, Land Acquisition, Customer Service, Facility, Liaising with Government for approvals, Scheming the projects,
- Project Management, Execution, Legal formalities for the purchaser till handover.
- Responsible for execution and monitoring of projects, engineering, contracts, tendering, sub-contracting, procurement, planning and budgeting, product quality, safety, estimation, etc.,
- Responsible for coordination of Architects, Consultants and Vendors and support in successful delivery on time within cost.
- Reviews how all departments work together to achieve the company objectives, identifies gaps and facilitates to resolve them.
- Updates on the best practices and new technologies and comes up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors
- Connects continuously with company's vision and assist the CEO to execute the same flawlessly
- Keeps up with current trends in the industry and modern best practices for the business
- Reviews reports, making presentations to stakeholders, and examining how the business can optimise expenses
- Managing Multiple Project Operations with frequent and regular field visits
- Identifying training needs of the outlet staff and ensure the suitable trainings are provided to improve them.
