Head/DGM - Digital Instore/Retail Operations - Apparel Conglomerate

Head Digital Instore Experience / DGM Retail operations (Full Time MBA from Tier 1 / 2 Schools Preferred)

We are looking for a Senior Professions from Apparel Retail companies for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees.

Exp: 10+ Yrs (min. 5 yrs. as Sr. Manager Operations(2 Regions) or Pan India operations)

Reports to the COO . Role is based out of the Bangalore

Job Purpose :

- To establish it as a preferred premium fashion Retail brands. Responsible for P&L, Store Retail operations. - Mentor and lead Operations, buying and merchandising, New store roll out & store layouts, marketing & branding. Create the Strong brand proposition through branding activities and a customer experience through expansion of the national network. Act as a strong interface between all the stakeholders.

- Is responsible for Save the Sale top-line and bottom-line for all the brands

- Is responsible for implementation of new initiatives like omnichannel application for all 1200 stores across all brands.

- Is responsible for ensuring incentive payouts to staff and franchisee margins are paid on time and in full for all stores

- Is responsible to drive efficiency amongst the store digital business by reducing pick fail % and increasing adoption of the new system across all stores

- Is responsible for resolving technical glitches for stores with the help of IT team.

- Is responsible to liaison with all brand heads and CXOs for current and future initiatives in the business.

- Will have to closely work with the Internet Team, who is the technology partner for this business, drive new initiatives with them, plan their sprint production plan basis impact study of new ideas

- Is responsible to open Hybrid model stores with the help of technology team across all brands in the year

- Training the team & ensuring adherence to the norms; reviewing periodical performance of store operations and overall business for reporting to top management
