Head-Channel Management (DGM Level) at Gurgaon (3 Positions)
Context: This role focusses on development and monitoring of the channels as per company strategy. It requires co-working with the Region Managers, and Sales teams across the country.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for making the channel strategy after analyzing the industry channel trends and company objectives.
2. Execution of the strategy with a fast speed.
3. Policy making for channel working and monitoring the compliance of the same.
4. Relationship management with the Mega-Distributors.
5. Defining the way of working for distribution channel and monitoring the same.
6. Lead a team of regional channel development managers.
Skill/ Education:
1. Essential: MBA from a Tier 1 school; Desired: Engineering degree.
2. Upto 12-15 years experience in a consumer industry (durables/ non durables/ telecom/ paints) in channel sales/sales operations role. Exposure to multi-channel driven sales environment.
3. At least one assignment of minimum 2 years at India HO of a large company.
