Roles and responsibilities  Accountable for ensuring all Consumer cloud applications and services meet required service availability and performance targets 24x7x365 across multiple data centres  Own the entire infrastructure and application environments. Build long term architecture and roadmap to ensure that deployment and infrastructure architecture meets the applications availability targets.  Candidate should have past experience of installation, configuration and deployment of highly available environments for web servers (apache httpd), application servers (tomcat, weblogic etc), web proxies, messaging systems (Rabbit MQ, ActiveMQ etc), databases (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle) etc.  Implement monitoring and log aggregations for critical infrastructure, products, and services using products like Zabbix, Logstash etc  Establish and own the automatic build and deployment process based on Jenkins, and version control repository based on Git etc.  Strong understanding of virtualized environments and experience in public cloud services such as AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud etc  Provide service management and infrastructure technology operations though leadership to ensure best long term technical architecture, operational processes and business processes  Good knowledge and experience in setting up networks and security policies for secure infrastructure  Define and establish all operational processes for infrastructure and service management, including:  - Change Management: Ensuring that all changes are made safely in a planned and controlled fashion and configuration management best practice is followed  - Incident Management: Ensuring that issues impacting service are resolved and service is restored to maintain SLAs  - Problem Management: Ensuring that problems are proactively identified and strategic resolutions are agreed to all incidents  - Disaster management: Ensure technical and operational processes provide business continuity under all scenarios   Accountable for defining and maintaining operational reporting and analyzing the results to drive and implement proactive service management and operational improvement, through right processes and tool development.  Build a high calibre team of world class engineers and DevOps architects capable of ensuring maximum service availability, performance and resiliency targets. This will include selection and management of 3rd party operational support teams and engagement with 3rd line support teams.  Strong stakeholder management and reporting. Collaborate with other IT functions to ensure a consistent set of processes. Ability to act as senior escalation point
