Description - looking for a hands-on technologist to streamline & setup Dev Ops, Prod Ops & Cloud Engineering functions. You should be very hands on and have vision for these functions. Initially you will be setting up foundation, architecture, and processes by yourself and with the help of couple of resources. Later you will position leads to manage and drive individual functions like DevOps, Prod Ops, Cloud engineering and Info Sec.

Job Description:

- Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS

- Implement and control the flow of data to and from AWS

- Select the appropriate AWS service based on compute, data, or security requirements

- Identify appropriate use of AWS operational best practices

- Estimate AWS usage costs and identify operational cost control mechanisms

- Setup infrastructure & Application monitoring framework & processes

- Help in securing Infrastructure, Application & Third party access

Profile :

- Cloud Native architecture, CI/ CD

- RDBMS & NoSQL database management

- Production Operations & IT Admin

- Kafka & other messaging systems

- Container management, preferably Kubernetes

- IAM, Security policy design & implementation

- Cloud watch, Cloud formation and techniques to monitor lambda functions

- Windows, Unix, and Linux environments

- Scripting skills desired (Python, PowerShell, Ansible.)
