The Candidate preferably should be in the age group of 40-45 years with core competence in Design & Engineering and capable of heading a team of @ 30-35 Engineers / Technician's.

Responsible for the Designing, New Product Development, Technology Management and Engineering Process

Strategic Development Plan formulation

Technology mapping, sourcing and absorption

New Product development, Application development

Engineering Automation and Standardization

Development budget plan and management

Support marketing on Product Launch and Product Commercialization
