Responsible for the New Product Development, Technology Management and Engineering Process

- Strategic Development Plan formulation

- Technology mapping, sourcing and absorption

- New Product development, Application development

- Engineering Automation and Standardization

- Development budget plan and management

- Support marketing on Product Launch and Product Commercialization
