1. In depth Knowledge of CNC system, FANUC, MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS.

2. Knowledge of PLC Programming of CNC machine development of PLC project of different machine in different system (FANUC, MITSUBISI, SIEMENS).

3. Knowledge of developing circuit of CNC machine. How to define input/output and power wiring and control wiring of CNC machine

4. Knowledge of Hydraulics and Hydraulic components selection

5. Knowledge of pneumatics and Basic component selection for pneumatic

6. Knowledge of Basic electrical and its- components and circuit diagram of CNC machines.

7. Knowledge of different type of LINEAR SCALE, rotary encoder, proximity switch and motor encoder

8. Knowledge of different type of Inverter drive, HMI/PLC for different application

9. Knowledge of generating BOM (Bill of Materials) of products

10. To Coordinate with different supplier for component selection and development of electrical component like relay card, PCB, push button etc.

11. Knowledge of stabilizer, isolation transformer, different type of limit S/W, P.B.
