Head - Design - Luxury Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic design leadership and vision for all luxury real estate projects across India.

- Manage the entire design lifecycle, encompassing concept development, design documentation, construction drawings, and project execution.

- Lead and mentor a team of talented design professionals, including architects, interior designers, and MEP engineers.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence in design.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with project objectives, budget, and timelines.

- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure the highest quality standards are met during construction and material selection.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in luxury real estate design and architecture.

- Manage and allocate design resources effectively to optimize project timelines and budgets.

Must Have Qualifications:

- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design work in luxury residential or hospitality projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is required.
