1. Create design briefs that outline clear design intent for iterations, prioritized concepts, and timelines. Create benchmark for design in the industry.
2. Communicate and defend the design team's vision to various internal stakeholders (product managers, marketing, management team).
3. Be hands-on in problem-solving with the business teams and Product Managers.
4. Foster innovation among members of the design team as well as with other cohorts.
5. Contribute to an award winning, talent-attracting, and productive design culture in the office, by leading through design activities and through proven and consistent management practices.
6. Work closely with CPO to create design strategy to align with the overall vision.
