Head - Design - Industrial & Logistic Parks - Architecture

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion.

- The goal is to match industries Expectation, needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

- Preparing necessary drawings & documents for feasibility studies for upcoming Industries and Logistics projects

- Drawing up the project brief, conceptualizing the master planning & design of large scale Industries and Logistics projects including interior design of the same.

- Drawing up RFPs, receiving quotes & hiring external architects, designers & consultants and managing their contracts & deliverables to meet the project requirements

- Design process management, coordination between external and internal architects, designers, consultants, contractors & vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- B.Arch

- Atleast 12+ years of experience in designing warehouses / logistic parks.

- Responsibility for accuracy of data related to design, byelaw compliance & area calculations.
