The Product Design Head will lead the design team in creating intuitive, innovative, and user-friendly interfaces for our payment gateway solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership: - Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals. - Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. - Set high standards for design excellence and ensure consistency across all products and platforms. - Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring user needs and feedback are central to the design process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - Minimum of 12-18 years of experience in product design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects, with a focus on payment gateways or fintech solutions preferred. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. - Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
