Head Design and Finishes

- Head Design and Finishes teams to deliver optimal and cost efficient design solutions for new developments / modifications / expansions of Airports inline with Master plan, designs standards, design manuals and in compliance to regulatory requirements.

- Lead processes i.e. to initiate, conceptualize, develop, review and approve in-house and external designs from external Consultants and Concessionaires submission in adherence to Master plan, Designs standards, Design manuals and in compliance to regulatory requirements and implement Design standards, processes & procedures during Design development to ensure zero non-compliance

- Provide and implement design standards for all terminal facilities and fixtures, including retail outlets, offices, service areas, signages, etc.

- Alignment of new developments & designs initiatives in-line with master plan.

- Review and approve in-house & third parties design for all new developments. Monitor design standard implementation on site; and audit "as built" design complies with the approved design elements and standard.

- Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory compliances

- Maintain the overall ambience of airport Terminals as per the international standards and industry norms.

- AMC (Maintenance team) team to attend NSR points, regular walk down points, audit points, TOPS points, snags, observations from Sr management points, etc

- Inclusion of new elements like various art works, new materials for the finishing works , elements required for functional and up-gradation purposes etc.

- Monitoring new functional requirements by taking inputs from the concerned departments / internal stakeholders

- Engage with the team members to motivate and foster teamwork, understand and address concerns and provide a collaborative environment for them to develop.
