What we're looking for:

- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

- High adaptability to change and being comfortable with ambiguity.

- Keen attention to detail, analytical prowess, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.

- User Centric Design - Ability to conduct in-depth customer research, analyse feedback, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

- Knowledge of industry best practices in user-centric design and iterative development.

- Excellent communication skills to convey product vision, priorities, and objectives to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.

- Prior experience of leading/being a key member of a high performance design team in B2C fintech/e-commerce/digital startup is preferred.

- 12-15 Yrs of experience. With a major part being in UI/UX design.
