Summary of the Role : Responsible for overseeing various HR and IR processes at plant ensuring timely compliance to all concerned Govt /Statutory agencies regarding Labour laws, statutory compliances.

Job Responsibilities :

Human resources :

- Policy management & implementation and creating awareness

- Engagement & welfare activities

- Managing support services viz. canteen, transport, uniform etc.

Industrial Relations :

- Maintaining proper & peaceful Industrial Relations.

- Dealing with the Unions effectively.

- Completed four wages settlement / Agreement successfully after series of successful Negotiations.

- Handled successfully strikes, lockout, Lay off etc.

- Dealing with Legal matters. Attended different courts like Labour Court, Industrial court, & High court. Closely coordinating with the Advocates so that the company moves on the right direction.

Facilities Management :

- Developing budgets & annual plans to manage facilities as per organizational needs & parameters.

- Ensuring effective maintenance of large sized facilities including Infrastructure, Buildings, and Guest Houses etc.

General Administration :

- Ensuring effective rendering of services including Housekeeping, Canteen, Security, Transport, Office Equipment, Vehicles etc. to enable smooth flow of day to day operations.
