Head/Deputy General Manager - Commercial Leasing - Real Estate

We are anchoring a leadership mandate at the level of DGM who would be heading Commercial Leasing (Real Estate) for our client organization.

The role involves :

- Managing Commercial office space, leasing, and outright transaction with regard to Business Development by directly identifying tenants (IT, ITes, Services, BFSI and Manufacturing companies).

- Maintains regional and enterprise wide market intelligence in order to capitalize on market opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and business initiatives.

- Lease Process Administration :

1. Drafting proposals for submission and making Presentations.

2. Organizing site inspections for prospective clients.

3. Negotiations and Deal closure.

4. Coordinating handover of premises

- Strategize region-wise business plans in line with the organization goals.

1. Internal Coordination : Co-ordinate with various departments viz. Legal, Planning and Civil Engineering for timely execution of leasing of malls & other commercial properties.

2. With Architecture and Project teams for technical information & submissions.

3. With Property Management team during handover and occupancy

4. Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.

5. Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.

6. Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.

7. Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.

8. Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. Manages subordinate staff in the d-to-day performance of their jobs.

9. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

10. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
