Our client is a MarTech SAAS product organisation and boasts of multiple patents in the AR / VR and 3D life-size interactive space. They currently work with the biggest retail brands (both legacy and internet) globally and are backed by marquee investors.
Description
- Work with the Founders, Head of Inside Sales and Marketing function to set up the demand generation engine
- Hire, train and build a team of SDRs while working closely with the marketing function for creating a pipeline of qualified leads for the AE team.
- The person would be the first recruit for the Demand Generation function for the organisation, and would need to build the playbook and team for the engine
- He / She would work with the Inside sales leader and the Co Founders to strategise the GTM across different charters
- The person will be mandated to recruit, train, and drive a high performance inside sales team.
- US geography experience is a must
- Scale up experience at his / her previous companies will be a bonus
- Exposure to selling AdTech / Mar Tech SAAS products will be a bonus
- The candidate must have managed SDR / BDR teams for atleast 5 years
- Be a part of core leadership team
