Core Responsibilities :
Pnl accountability role - responsible for building pan India assured demand network (transporters, SMEs)
Responsible for building adequate daily order book across all cities / clusters under the defined business model.
Responsible for verification / validation of credentials of onboarded partners through own / third parties
Ensure discipline & compliance by demand business partners
Increase tech penetration amongst business partners through training, hand-holding & high levels of engagement
Lead a team of Key account managers and regional managers ensuring enough demand generation pan India
Meet business performance targets defined for business partners in terms of size of business, demand level & many others.
Measure forecast accuracy at multiple levels and prepare monthly accuracy reports, conduct root cause analysis to understand reasons for forecast failures/deviations
Interact and work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and being on track with both short and long term demand
Qualifications :
Education :
IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs, NSIT, DCE)
+
IIM/Tier-1 MBA colleges (NMIMS, FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI)
Years of experience : 7-9 years
Personal attributes :
Strong team management and leadership skills required - especially to deal with varied stakeholders and entrepreneurial business partners.

English & Hindi Knowledge must; local vernacular language preferred in regions where important
Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
