As Head of Delivery, you will

- Collaborate with the CEO and CXOs in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs

- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management and annual operating plan

- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, build a highly inclusive culture where team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

- Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

- Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics and establish corrective measures where needed

- Manage budgets, capital investment and expenses to ensure that the company achieves targets on growth, profitability and customer metrics

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
