- Candidate should have strong experience in Oracle , Workday, SAP.

- Must have good experience in digital transformation.

- Must have good experience in managed services.

- Must have good experience in creating the solution offering, presales, delivery of project and operations.

- Must be based in Chennai.

- Should have 16+ years of experience.

- Must have good experience in owning the entire delivery, creating solution offerings, presales etc.

- Understanding of service delivery models and experience in managing agile development projects is a must.

- Ability to communicate confidently at the leadership level and build meaningful internal and external relationships in both the technology and business organizations

- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

- Ability to define and enable a resilient delivery structure.

- Hire resources, whenever required.
