We are searching for a visionary and experienced Head of Delivery to play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our educational programs. In this leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of the delivery process, from onboarding to ongoing support, and ensure our learners have a seamless and impactful learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the vision, mission, and strategic goals for the delivery team.
- Lead the strategic direction of the Delivery team, aligning delivery processes with overall business goals and educational objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive delivery strategy that prioritizes quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in delivery practices.
Project Management:
- Oversee the management and execution of all delivery projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Operations Management:
- Streamline and optimize delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with product development, content, and technology teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor learner progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Oversee the full learner lifecycle, from onboarding and enrolment to course completion and ongoing support.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of instructional delivery, upholding high standards for pedagogy and learner engagement.
- Proactively address learner concerns and challenges, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the learning journey.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with instructors and subject matter experts.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for delivery operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on delivery team performance metrics.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding delivery-related matters.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
