Job Description: Candidate will be closely working with CEO, COO, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Sales to propel the organization to delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for delivery maintaining service quality and risks. Management of resources and take cost cutting initiatives. Define and drive SLAs and key outcome governing engagements. Adopt best practices for successful delivery.
- Evaluate the marketing strategies and work inline with marketing plan Create delivery oriented teams.
- Support sales in getting new business Desired skills Self driven, committed and good analytical skill. Knowledge on Project management and CRM.
- Good understanding of delivery processes of e-Commerce and m-commerce industry
- Ability to work in high performance organization, undertake multiple tasks and respond well to pressure. Build trust and confidence in team through utilizing effective collaboration and co-operation. Strong client facing skill and can do approach.
- Setting priorities and implement the same for result. Good at creating delivery oriented teams. Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.
Key Skills :
Qualification : Bachelor degree in IT preferred. Post Graduate in operation management desirable.
