Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Delivery cum Business Unit (BU) Head to lead our Global Client's HR Outsourcing (HRO) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) based in Bangalore within a leading BPO/BPM organization.

- This pivotal role merges operational delivery excellence with strategic business leadership to propel growth, profitability, and client satisfaction for one of our top-performing units.

- The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end delivery of HRO services, nurture key client relationships, and spearhead business development efforts to expand the SBU's market presence.

The role encompasses multiple critical responsibilities:

- In delivery leadership, the incumbent will oversee HRO services such as payroll processing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR analytics, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards while driving process optimization and team performance.

- As a BU leader, they will develop and execute the SBU's strategic roadmap, manage P&L accountability, and pursue new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and collaboration with sales teams on RFPs.

- Additionally, the role involves acting as the primary client liaison, conducting business reviews, resolving escalations, and fostering a high-performing team culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and risk management protocols.

- Candidates should ideally possess an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferably in HR, Operations, or Business Management) and a minimum of 18+ years of BPO industry experience, including 5-7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing HRO or similar services.

- A proven track record in managing large-scale delivery operations, P&L, client relationships, and business growth is essential.

- Key skills include a deep understanding of HRO processes, exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Prior experience with global clients (US, UK, or APAC), digital transformation in HR outsourcing, and an established network in the HRO/BPO industry in Bangalore or India are highly desirable.
