Head - Delivery - Banking & Financial Software Services

We are looking for a Head Delivery - Banking and Financial Software Services for a US MNC CMMI 5 organization.

DESCRIPTION:

- Proven experience in heading delivery of Financial Software Application Services.

- The position will report into the CEO.

- The person will be leading a team of Project Managers. Architects, etc. and their assigns.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, team management, etc.

IMPORTANT CRITERION OF CLIENT:

- The candidate should also have experience of managing US based clients.

- Onsite experience is preferred.

- B.Tech/ B.E. is mandatory. MCA is not preferred by client.

- Minimum experience required is 18 years. Less experience is not considered by client.

- Should have handled a team size of 250+ people. Less is not considered by client.

- Should have necessarily handled development projects in any technology (Java/ .NET preferred). Only maintenance projects experience is not considered by client.

- Experience of multiple pricing models (Fixed Price/ T&M, etc.) and presales experience is desired.

WHAT THE CLIENT IS NOT LOOKING FOR IS EXPERIENCE IN/ AS:

Domain wise: Telecom, ERP/ SAP as major experience, Firmware/ Semiconductor, IT Infrastructure, Mainframe. Insurance is not desired.

Profile wise: CTO, Architect, Product Manager, Sales Head

Organization Type: Pure Captive/ Product. Experience with Service companies is must. Mix with Captive/ Product is okay but overall experience should include Service companies.

Job stability throughout tenure is a key criterion of client.
