Head - Decision Science & Analytics Delivery Practice - KPO/Research

Job Description :

Business development :

- Responsible for pre sales support, RFP responses, new client engagement & problem scoping.

- Work closely with sales team on account plan & sales pitch.

- Create collateral and design GTM strategy for analytics solutions.

Drive utilization & profitability :

- Complete responsibility of projects delivery. Work closely on account planning, resource availability, employee utilization & engagement.

- Ensure smooth delivery of projects, manage escalations, build talent pool & client management.

Strategize analytics solutions (GTM) :

- Identify new opportunity and trend in analytics industry.

- Work closely to enhance organization talent pool, build products / solutions as per market need.

Analytics solution architect :

- Work on various client problems and come up with analytical solution construct.

- Help senior leadership from client side to understand the impact of analytics and help them institutionalize analytics in their organisations.

Team management :

- Manage a team of data scientist & data engineers working on machine learning and artificial intelligence projects like hyper-personalization and text analytics.
