Reporting To:Chief Operating Officer-Corporate & Investment Banking Group

Job Description:

- A challenging business building role, an opportunity to be a key member of a progressive and a well reputed group.

- The group is a significant player in India's corporate & infrastructure advisory & financing space. The company would like to further leverage this experience and client relationships in the corporate financing segment through a strong debt capital markets offering The ambition is to build a strong meaningful position in this business. Accordingly, the company is looking for a high-energy, innovative, result -oriented professional to spearhead this key initiative on a pan-India basis.

- The person will leverage strong understanding and experience of India's capital and financial markets and network of relationships with the corporate and financial sector, as well as the synergies in the group businesses to help/originate debt fund raising mandates and structure competitive solutions that will best serve their needs

- Will be responsible for the underwriting strategy and for strengthening the company's position in the distributed debt area. S/he will develop a trusted advisor relationship with CEO/CFO in the clients organizations, structuring solutions that create strategic value for the client.

Key Highlights:

- Originate/Support origination, and Execute medium-term debt issuance's in reference to senior debt/mezz debt/ structured finance, debt syndication mandates; work on structured financing solutions for clients, including securititzation of loans, working capital, credit enhanced issues & non recourse debt in the domestic market assets, etc.
