Head - Debt Capital Market - BFSI

Purpose of the Job :

Execution and completion of Debt Capital Market Transactions including syndicated debt, structured finance, acquisition/ bridge finance project finance, trade finance; both INR and foreign currency

Key responsibilities :

- Maintain and supplement relationships with DCM investors including banks, financial institutions (private & sovereign), asset managers (Domestic Mutual Funds + FIIs).

- To Syndicate DCM transactions

- To Prepare DCM deal markets documents, including Industry Analysis, Commercial Viability & Financial Projections. Preparation of Financial Modeling & key ratio analysis, Due Diligence Procedure etc, Preparation of Business Plan, Credit Rating & Investor Presentation, capital structuring, preparation of Info Memo/ Credit Appraisal Memo

- To assist clients + DCM investors and their legal teams with deal structuring, diligence and documentation

Specific Authorities :

- Authorized for Signing Business related agreements

- Authorized to conduct business operations as per the company's policies and procedures

Experience : About 10 years of DCM experience, both INR and foreign currency

Technical Competencies /Skills :

- Deep understanding of DCM

- Knowledge on basic computing such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint.

- Relationships with corporate and DCM Investors

- Extensive DCM Deal Experience
