Key responsibilities -

- Manage a team of dealers on the floor.

- Accurate and efficient deal execution.

- Accurate and Efficient Handling of Clients Orders.

- Effective working relationships with team members, functional areas and internal stakeholders.

- Maintenance of high standards in addressing client queries Ensuring promptness and responsiveness to client needs and requirements.

- Regulatory norms (exchanges) and compliance Reduce risk by maintaining strong control on the compliance guidelines and follow daily instructions of risk management team

- Develop leadership and Management skills from experience and relationships and learning from supervisory insights to mitigate deterioration in business performance due to sale / run down process

Key Accountabilities-

- Complies with relevant Group Policies, testing and certifying (or considers and escalates) the adequacy and effectiveness of the business's controls on a regular basis.

- Establishes and documents (or follows and/or maintains) operating procedures which include relevant controls to meet Group and local policy requirements.
