ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Will be responsible to conceptualize solutions, services, process models, productized offerings their go to market and delivery in the area of Advanced Analytics.  - Will be responsible for analytic planning, modeling architecture and delivery of modeling results; Expertise in up front design and interpretation and presentation of results   - Deliver outstanding, insightful analysis aligned to the analytic plan and ensuring that client’s central questions/issues are addressed.  - Work and Partner with business development and Delivery teams to develop solutions for proposals to meet client needs.  - Contribute to improving the solutions with creative thinking with regard to conceptual frameworks and analytic techniques.  - Proactively synthesize learning across multiple sources in order to deliver compelling stories and, when appropriate, to make recommendations.  - Be final authority on the Advanced analytics solutions and also create a team as per business needs.  REQUIREMENT:  - Masters/PHD in Statistics other applied quantitative discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the responsibilities of the job.  - Proficient in the application of advanced statistical techniques used in quantitative analysis.   - Proficiency in SAS, SPSS and R preferred.  - Minimum 10 years of experience working in advanced analytics role and over all 15-20 years of experience.   - Ability to develop business and aid selling-in proposals within a competitive environment  - Flexibility and attitude to embrace change  - Strong Experience with Analytics solutions in Retail ,CPG and other Industries in US and Europe market  If interested call me manav@9986460308 to know more.  Rinalytics Advisors- ONLY Analytics: ONLY Leadership roles-Visit us www.rinalytics.com  Connect with me on LinkedIn: http://www.linkedin.com/in/manavdas
