Our client is one of the leading fintech companies that provide financial solutions in multiple markets across the globe. They are looking to hire for Head-Data Sciences to launch a new product in the payments space based out of Gurgaon

Description

Reporting into the MD, some of your major responsibilities as Head-Data Sciences will be to:

- Build machine learning algorithms to build their new product which is intended to provide deferred payment option to customers

- Work with product, engineering and other functions to streamline the implementation of the product

- Build and manage a team of machine learning professionals

- Collaborate with business teams to understand the challenges and come up with innovative solutions to meet their requirements

- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to Decision Management globally

- Institutionalize the domain knowledge by producing patentable solutions for the organization

Profile

As a successful applicant for Head-Data Sciences, you need to have:

- PhD/MS/M.Tech/B.Tech from Tier 1 institutes

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning algorithms

- Prior experience of managing teams in the Financial Services space

- Experience of working in an unstructured environment

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
