A global leader in digital financial services is looking for Head of Data Science for the creation of new and cutting-edge data sciences capabilities

Client Details :

Our Client is one of the leading fintech firms in India, Headquartered in Delhi. They have operations in Latin America, Africa, India and South East Asia and are working on making credit more exclusive by targeting new to credit population of the world.

Description :

The key responsibilities of Head of Data Science would be to :

- Develop and deploy alternate credit rating models/scorecards

- Collaborate with credit policy/portfolio management team to drive P&L outcomes

- Understand various geographies and modify the credit rating models according to the geography

- Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 Data Scientists

Profile :

As a successful candidate for Head of Data Science Role, you should have :

- 4-8 Years of experience in Data Sciences

- Knowledge of R/Python and various machine learning techniques

- Previously developed credit rating models/scorecards preferably for Indian/Developing markets

- Previously lead a team

- Worked on Deployment and monitoring of models
