Head - Data Science - eCommerce - PhD

The leader is accountable for leading the Group data agenda by ensuring we build, consume and protect the best data assets to maximise customer experience and rebuild trust. The team is in place to realise a data-driven organisation for the company solve complex problems around data for the business and activate data for strategic and sustained competitive advantage.

The incumbent is accountable for data strategy, data transformation programs, data governance and remediation programs of work. Collectively the team is defining, designing, developing and delivering multiple initiatives which the business can use to deliver better customer outcomes.

Must :

- Min 13 years' experience in Data science

- Preference for Masters in Stats or PhD in statistics, data

- Exposure of various data science techniques and use cases
