Description :

- Build advanced Data Science/Machine Learning models to create significant business impact for clients and ensure client satisfaction.

- Support core algorithmic evolution of the company.

- Work closely with pre-sales and business development teams to create compelling business offerings.

- Understand evolving market needs and support evolution of product roadmap by providing technical and domain expertise.

- Attract and Develop globally superior ML competency in the organisation.

- Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing a pool of Data Scientists within the organisation and ensuring alignment of pool to company-wide vision and strategies.

Profile :

- 10+ years of professional experience of working in financial services sector in the domain of credit risk/fraud/ collections.

- Exposure to machine learning, natural language processing, statistical modelling.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record of hiring and leading high performing teams.

- PhD/Master's degree in Analytics discipline
