Role Detail: 8+ years exp in Analytics/Data Sciences along with BFS domain experience.

1. Responsible for Machine Learning innovation and continuously improving the organizations existing model.

2. Maintain a deep understanding the business and the marketplace dynamics to bring about continuous improvements

3. Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams towards achieving organizational goals

5. Lead the Data Science team

Key Skills and job requirement:

- Machine Learning Expert (Methods like Linear and logistic regression or other machine learning methods like Na- ve Bayes, Random Forest, Association rules, Neural networks, SVM, etc. is required) with Python/ R Language

- Extensive experience working with Big Data technologies.

- Experience in client facing activities and working with multiple stakeholder (internal and external)

- Should have relevant working knowledge of building various (risk/ collections/ marketing/ etc.) statistical models

- Should have strong working knowledge of data mining tools

- Should have good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
