Core Responsibilities :

Demonstrate leadership in recommending growth strategies substantiated by data analytics

Lead a team of growth hackers who work on deriving insights necessary for business growth and expansion

Set systems, processes and formulate techniques for quality data collection and analysis to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data

Continually improve upon strategies for both profitability and growth metrics

Take an iterative data-driven approach to understand the efficacy of demand and supply in our business model and to grow and optimize them effectively

Synthesize current growth initiatives into a unified platform and carefully steward them in pursuit of excellent unit economics.

Demonstrate expertise in successfully utilizing the diverse growth channels and exploring new ones and rapidly expand the growth toolset.

Qualifications :

Education :

IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs, NSIT, DCE)

+

IIM/Tier-1 MBA colleges (NMIMS, FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI)

Years of experience : 8-10 years

Personal attributes :

Strong team management and leadership skills required - especially to deal with varied stakeholders and entrepreneurial business partners.

Quantitative acuity - the ability to make sense of complex data sets and translate insight into action.
