- Create a change management program to deliver best practices in data management that aligns with the differing needs and relative maturity of group companies and is owned by the key stakeholders

- Implement data management practices per the change program to systematically improve data health across the group

- Define data-sharing principles and policies across the group and help create monetization potential of data within and beyond the group

- Ensure best practice processes for data management and governance are adopted across the group, to achieve required levels of data availability, completeness, quality, scalability, usability

- Establish with other stakeholders metrics to measure compliance and progress. Drive remedial actions as required to ensure compliance and progress objectives.

- Develop training and education programs to increase awareness, usage and expertise in data management across the group. Drive the community of practitioners to further data management progress.

- Develop a model to measure the quality and value of data management practices. Regularly communicate and share business benefits, commercial value and further opportunities.

- Project manage communities of practitioners and external partners to deliver the data management goals and programs
