Responsibilities :
- Lead and build a consumer insights Team that develops a deep understanding of AppsforBharat target consumers, and play a key part in driving change in behaviour, and creating the Spiritual and Devotional category in the country.
- Provide early consumer feedback into UX/UI design, feature adoption, feature positioning and other service marketing initiatives in partnership with the Product
- Communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders in a structured/data-driven manner to influence decision-making
- Be the voice of the consumer in the business and put together systems and processes to ensure that consumer is at the heart of not just marketing, but there is consumer voice in a relevant way in other functions as well
Requirements :
- At 7+ years of hands-on experience in research. Experience of entertainment research is a plus.
- Ability to provide strategic leadership in Insights but at the same time have the ability to be hands-on in an agile entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in helping shape consumer focussed strategy.
- Strong analytical, planning and multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives, as well as a keen marketing sense to maximise resonance with target audiences.
