Head - Data Analytics - Consumer/Sales & Business Analytics Domain - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Position: Head Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

Level: (Senior General Manager)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build a Data Analytics framework via an underlying MDM and data layer and an analytics layer on top of it to build the ability for self serve data analytics and quick insighting.

- Build relevant ML/data science use cases to power multiple customer, Supply chain, IOT and Operations use-cases.

- Enable the transformation via Analytics and business intelligence on core problem statements

- Develop and implement BI and DS strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Analytics and DS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide data-driven insights, and drive decision-making.

- Establish and maintain data governance standards and best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BIEs and Data scientists to drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

- Manage the BI Analytics and data science budget, including resource allocation and expenditure tracking.

Experience & Qualification:

- PG Tier 1 Colleges with 10 + yrs of exp in data analytics and business intelligence
