An exciting opportunity for an individual with hands on experience in managing large scale ecommerce logistics operations, mid mile last mile logistics with experience in working in Ecommerce Logistics Industry. You will be leading the end-to-end PAN India operations of Dark store by building a Team of City Managers & Zonal Managers leading all aspects of dark store operations including but not limited to inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, and employee engagement along with Rider operations.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Managing the Pan India Dark Store Operations by building a Team of City Managers & Zonal Managers leading end-to-end operations of Dark store Order fulfilment.

- Handling all aspects of dark store operations including but not limited to inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, and employee engagement.

- Managing all aspects of rider's operations pertaining to deliveries, including but not limited to rider planning, onboarding, QMS, productivity, training and engagement, & inventory hygiene.

- Building culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools.

- Ensuring Dark Store Quality Control, Manpower Training & Development & overall hygiene of the Store.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Young & dynamic individual with Masters from Top B Schools with 9+ yrs of experience in managing large scale ecommerce logistics operations, mid mile last mile logistics with experience in working in Ecommerce Logistics Industry

- Prior experience of working in a scaled ecommerce marketplace managing the entire Supply chain and Order Fulfilment process & Online Delivery ,Rider operations

- Proven experience in scaling fulfilment and logistics operations and product in the ecommerce space

- Prior experience of Dark store operations would be preferred in a n online delivery setup

- Strong team management and operations management experience at PAN India level

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company's spokesperson

- Excellent communication skills both reading and writing with good problem solving skills.

- Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving, multi tasker, critical thinker and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
