- Responsible for sales revenue numbers, budget & profit goals for Dairy brands.
- Design, develop and execution of strategy of dairy brands to ensure Full potential of brand unleashed at pan India level.
- Translating strategies into plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Responsible for introducing and implementing best in class practices for dairy backend collection, processing and quality to drive business to its maximum potential.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
- Developing and implementing strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan of dairy brands.
- Work closely with Sales team and establish and drive sales targets, enable them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
- Align dairy brands plans around the brand's direction, choices and tactics as agreed with Senior Management.
- Responsible for Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates for dairy brands.
- Extending the guidance to dairy manufacturing units to maximize the production potential and cost optimization.
- Responsible for work closely with Marketing team and oversee marketing activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Partner with Supply chain and monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
