We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head-D2C to lead and scale our D2C business vertical. This role focuses on driving revenue, enhancing customer retention, and ensuring a seamless customer experience by overseeing high-level strategies and guiding cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will focus on leadership, innovation, and aligning D2C efforts with overall business goals.
This is a leadership role at one of the fastest-growing and most exciting consumer brands in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Own the development and execution of the D2C strategy, aligning with business goals to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities in emerging markets, platforms, and customer segments to expand the brand's reach.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to inform and refine long-term business plans.
- Drive performance marketing efforts by ensuring budgets are strategically allocated across channels to maximize ROI.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making and optimization across all campaigns, focusing on sustained growth and efficiency.
- Lead the execution of CRO initiatives to enhance website performance, optimize customer journeys, and increase revenue.
- Analyze revenue metrics and sales funnels to identify gaps, ensuring timely implementation of solutions for improvement.
- Manage the execution of retention strategies that boost customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Direct loyalty initiatives, personalized customer journeys, and engagement strategies to deepen customer relationships.
- Ensure a customer-first approach across all digital touchpoints, delivering a seamless and personalized experience.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across product, marketing, tech, and other departments to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- Align D2C initiatives with broader business objectives by maintaining strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous enhancements in website performance, including speed, navigation, and content relevance.
- Drive the adoption of new tools, platforms, and technologies that elevate business performance and efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators
- Revenue Growth: Drive significant contribution from D2C channels to overall business revenue.
- Positive Contribution Margins : Optimize performance marketing spends while maintaining sustainable growth.
- Strong Retention : Ensure healthy retention cohorts by implementing effective retention strategies.
- Conversion Rate : Continuously improve website conversion rates through strategic CRO efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in D2C or eCommerce leadership roles with a focus on strategy and team management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
