Head - Cyber Security - IT

Opening is for a leading company in Security services. People from Airport/power and security service/ IT and Big 4 companies /sector preferred.

1. Working with law enforcement agency experience.

2. Managed a P&L for 5 Cr annually.

3. Knowledge of Cyber security

Key Accountabilities :

1. Responsible for overall establishment, performance and growth of the Cyber Security Vertical and running it profitably as per industry EBITDA norms Revenue Targets.

2. Design and Align strategy of Cyber Security Vertical with that of organization's business and technology strategy Business Plan

3.Keep up to date with the latest security and technology developments Key Initiatives.

4. Responsible for Business Development, Client relations management, End to End Projects Management pertaining to Cyber Security Business Development - Bring new business, clients, attend tenders to get business.

5. Lead teams in Cyber Divisions, monitor performance on Projects, Provide supervision and guidance to a security team Timely Project Completion.

6. Research/evaluate emerging cyber security threats and ways to manage them. Test and evaluate Security Products. Perform or supervise vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments for clients; Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements Develop and implement Cyber Security plans and procedures.

7. Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge; Design, build, create solutions that balance business requirements with IT and Cyber Security requirements, Implement and support enterprise-class security systems SOPs and Control mechanism

8. Review and approve installation of firewall, VPN, routers, IDS scanning technologies and servers; Test security systems to ensure they behave as expected SOPs and Control mechanism

9. Provide Cyber forensic services to client, with the latest technology; Provide the services of cyber incident investigation to clients Revenue generation

10. Provide virtual CISO and attendant cyber security services to clients; Work closely with CISO of DIAL and other senior cyber security officers of the Group for exchange of information, policy alignment and also for business development SOP and Control Mechanism
