Job Description - Our client is looking for an energetic customer success leader to head the CS team based out of Bangalore.

Our client, a pre IPO company, is the leaders in the MarTech industry in the country with operations in mutiple countries across the globe.
Description:
- Lead a team of customer success manager, for the existing set of clientele
- Be responsible for the on-boarding of new clients, driving adoption of the platform and maintaining the benchmark CSAT metrics
- He / she would also be responsible for the renewals, upsell and cross-sell in the existing set of clientele
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client queries
- Should belong to the MarTech/AdTech/Saas/product industry
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
