Head Customer Success
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop new business through existing accounts by having an understanding of the customer's business, identify and explore commercial opportunities with the accounts.
- Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare plans, encompassing sales and pricing activities, to maximize opportunities and value for both parties.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Understand and clearly articulate Our value proposition
DESIRED PROFILE :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extrovert - Does not mind calling new / unknown people.
- Prior experience of Customer facing role.
- Good experience into CRM Sales/ Business development.
- Good experience into Software solution sales into BFSI domain.
- Experience in handling large enterprise accounts.
- Experience in handling bank is preferred.
- Critical thinking and strong decision making.
- Devising Strategic Plans to Expand Sales and sales forecasting.
- Solution oriented and problem solving skills.
- Should have good experience in managing and leading high performing teams
- Experience of proposal preparation, contract discussion and negotiation
