- Lead a team of customer success managers

- Build long term relationships with clients and be a brand ambassador of the company

- Drive clear revenue base retention and growth (cross sell/up sell targets)

- Hire and grow the CSM/KAM team

- Build market leadership in the assigned geography and industry segments

- Be a part of the leadership team to strategies growth plans

Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in the account management/customer success role

- 4+ years of experience in leading large teams

- Excellent communication skills
