Description :
- You will lead a team of senior key account managers (KAMs/CSMs) owning the revenue base and growth quota of all existing customers across India & SAARC, SEA, MEA (all geos except USA)
- You will be responsible to drive retention and grow existing account base primarily across BFSI clientele
- Drive clear revenue base retention and growth (cross sell/up sell targets)
- Hire and grow the CSM/KAM team
- Build market leadership in the assigned geos and industry segments
- BE a part of the leadership team to strategies growth plans
- Core expertise in managing large enterprises in BFSI
- Experience managing global customer base
- Experience leading KAM/CSM teams
