The role :
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, as measured through internal quality assessments and customer satisfaction surveys.
Build KPI's for Customer Query Handling, Retention of customers, Reduce Attrition.
Handle Customer Cross-sell and Up-sell.
Plan the growth of the customer contact center.
Manage team to complete projects that enhance the customer experience and growth of the business.
The Person
10+ years experience in Customer service preferably with Experience at a high growth Finance/Consumer Tech company
